Butcher block counters, subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances create a stylish kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped and more - you'll find everything you need and then some.

The dining table seats 6 plus you have two bar seats. Keep your chef company or help with meal prep. Relax around the Smart TV or fire up the grill for a BBQ. The deck is huge, spanning the entire length of the home. From this perch, you have panoramic views from the southern Yampa Valley across Emerald Mountain, the mountain village area, as well as the ski area base. Steamboat's epic sunsets occur regularly and with this western orientation you can soak them in and snap photos of your time in the 'Boat. Sun shades and outdoor furniture enhance this outdoor space in spring, summer, and fall, but even in winter, this deck is an amenity to enjoy. Additional amenities include a washer & dryer, new windows throughout, there's even a bear box for safely storing trash outside. **Please note - the fireplace you see in the photos has candles in it.
