With luxurious bedding that is ideal for couples or families, impeccable style and quality, your group will thank you over and over for booking such an amazing property. Please read on for additional information.

The Property:
Club-B211 sets a new standard for the Storm Meadows condos. Purchased in 2025, it was extensively renovated to bring it to a modern level of alpine luxury and comfort. This condo is ready for occupancy in February 2026. The renovation encompassed ceilings to floors and everything in between. In the bathrooms and kitchen, from the tile to the appliances, furnishings, and linens, top quality choices were made to reflect a beloved alpine lifestyle. Views from every room serve as a constant reminder of the very special place where you are spending your time, and the club amenities await to rejuvenate the body & mind.

Bedroom 1 is the primary suite. It features an extra large room with a King size bed, ski area views, balcony access, a stressless leather recliner, a wall mounted HDTV, a ceiling fan, a large closet, and of course, an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and large walk-in shower. For an indication of the quality you will find in this condo, just look at how the tile extends from the inside to the outside of the shower across the bathroom walls, for a seamless look and feel.

Bedroom 2 also features a King size bed, ski area views, and balcony access. This room has a pocket door that opens to the living room and wood burning fireplace, as well as a regular door that opens to the hallway and the second bathroom. This second bathroom includes another large walk-in shower, while a single sink vanity allows space for the front loading, high efficiency Miele washer and dryer. Unlike many units in this location, when you stay at Club-B211, you can pack light and do laundry, or simply refresh your clothes after a big powder day.

The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out with an open concept design for easy flow. It features an induction range where the cooking surface does not glow or feel hot to the touch, but once the cookware is placed, it heats very rapidly. In the kitchen you'll find standard items such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels plus a small "starter" supply of tea and coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, coconut or other high quality oil, and misc. spices, plus specialty items such as three options for coffee (Fiamma & Ferro Moka pot, Ceramic French Press, cup top pour over) and an electric tea kettle.

The main living area combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one large, bright and open space. Grab a blanket, a book, and relax on the leather sofa. Warm your toes by the crackling wood fire, enjoy a delicious meal, do a puzzle, play some games, or set up your laptop, all with a view of the slopes and the large HDTV. Sunrises, sunsets, and alpenglow evenings will often have you pausing
to take it all in. The entryway and hallway have been set up to keep your coats, hats, helmets and gloves tucked out of the way. Each space was designed and outfitted with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

The Ski In Ski Out Access:
There is something amazing about a ski in, ski out location. Whether on fresh powder or fresh corduroy groomers, skiing down to the base before the lifts open is a serene, tranquil way to start your ski day.

This location is called the Storm Meadows Club Condos, which consists of buildings A, B, and C. This condo is in Club B, which has the first, best, and easiest ski in ski out access. From the condo, take the stairs or the elevator down, grab your skis, and walk out the door. Conditions permitting, you click into your skis or strap on your boards right there, then ski down about 30 meters to the “Right O Way” ski trail, which is a beginner level trail that they groom nightly. Beginners can snow plow their way down this short distance between the building and the groomed trail, but it's so short that walking down is easy too. So that is the Ski Out access. The ski in is different, by design, so that you don't have to walk up this little ski out access, to get home. Instead, as you come down the Right O Way ski trail, you'll veer off farther up the hill, by the Storm Meadows Townhomes. You'll see the signs directing you to Club B right where the “Swinger” trail connects with the Right O Way trail. Veer off of the Right O Way trail here, and coast along past the townhomes, and you arrive at Club B. Walk inside at ground level to store your skis in a private locker, and go relax or have your lunch, before heading back out for more fun on the slopes.

Shuttle Service:
Ski in Ski out is great, but if you aren't skiing, or don't have your rental equipment yet, or just end up skiing down to the base area to enjoy some Apres Ski food, drinks, concerts or events, there is another way to get home. The HOA provides a ski season shuttle service that goes back and forth between the buildings and the base area's “Gondola Transit Center.”. From there, you can hop on and off of Steamboat's free buses, which run throughout town.
The Location:
When you stay here, you're elevated above the base area, adjacent to the ski slopes and national forest. Keep your eyes peeled for moose, bears, or other wildlife. This location is a quiet respite from the hum of town and the base area. If you're in town for New Years or other times when the ski area puts on fireworks displays, you'll have a wraparound balcony from which to enjoy the show. At all other times, the views and the location are serene, but no less spectacular.

If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. Please let us know if you have any concerns.

** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
