This ski slope level condo gives you great ski in walk out access in a location that also makes walking around the base area very easy! You can take any ski trail you like as you head down the mountain, and still ski right back to the building, which is located right where all of the base area ski trails converge. If you prefer skiing to an Apres Ski bar or restaurant, there are several within just a couple hundred yards, including a local's favorite, the T-Bar. When you are heading out to the slopes in the morning, after lunch or after a quick break, you just walk outside and walk, ski, or shuffle to the left left for about 30 yards to start down the beginner level Right O Way ski trail. You can also walk out of the building and straight down a set of stairs, and then across the very end of Ski Time Square Drive to hop onto that same ski trail. Either way, it is very easy. You can also easily walk down the heated sidewalk along Ski Time Square Drive to get to the ski school, ticket office, equipment rentals, the Gondola - everything is right out your door.

The condo is nicely equipped with great ski slope views. It has a nice open concept that combines the kitchen and bar with the living room. You can relax on the couch next to a warm fire and enjoy the large HDTV with stereo system too. Of course you'll have free wifi throughout as well. This is an end unit condo, so you only share the one living room wall with possible neighbors, and the bedroom has an extra window to let in just enough natural light. When you lay in the comfy bed, you'll enjoy good views of the ski area out your window. That's not a bad way to wake up, and with night skiing, not a bad way to drift off either! The full bathroom is nicely updated and includes a bathtub and shower combo. It is accessible from the bedroom as well as the living area, which really helps if your group includes kids or others who are taking advantage of the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for serving up a delicious meal. The large peninsula bar has plenty of room for keeping your chef company, keeping an eye on the culinary creations, or just chowing down to fuel up for a day full of activities!

This unit is on the ground level, which is the ski slope access level! As such, this level includes the indoor heated ski locker room. Secure your equipment and let the snow melt away! The laundry room is right down the hall, so if you want to travel light or dry some gloves, it is very convenient to this unit. Of course, you can warm up your gloves or socks on the extra large fireplace hearth too. When you come home from ripping up the ski slopes, hiking or biking trails, you'll have easy access with zero stairs for those tired legs. The building also has an elevator to get you up to the hot tub level and parking lot level, again zero steps required.
