Welcome to unit 210 at Storm Meadows 1, Christie Base, by Mountain Vacation Lodging. When you stay here, you'll enjoy a good quality property with a very convenient location. Winter guests can enjoy direct ski in access as well as easy walk out / ski out access. In Spring, Summer, and Fall, guests will have biking and hiking trails right out your door, and with the National Forest at your door, may even see some moose or other wildlife roaming around. Regardless of what season you're panning to visit, the entire ski area base and mountain village area is within easy walking distance. This includes shops, restaurants, bars, activities, free concerts, special events, and more.

The condo itself is a cozy, comfy place, and renovation was extensive. From floor to ceiling, wall to wall, this property has a good quality. New carpet & tile grace the floors. The popcorn ceilings are gone, and there is new texture on the walls too. The bathroom was completely redone with granite counters, new floor tile, vanity, fixtures, even a new toilet. The kitchen also got new tile as well as new stainless steel appliances, butcher block and granite counters, and a nice updated backsplash. For winter 2023/2024, the bedroom has been updated with a new King bed. Current photos show the previous bed, which was a Queen. New photos coming soon. With caring property owners, this condo has become and continues to be one of the nicer 1-bedroom condos in the development! All of this and more in a great location!

At this condo you can ski right back to the building. When you pop off your skis, just go up one flight of stairs and you're home! The Hot Tub is right outside and is one of the largest you've ever seen. Not only is ski slope & hot tub access easy, but the shops & restaurants of Ski Time Square & Torian Plum Plaza are an easy walk of about 150 yards from your door. In fact, the entire ski area base is within easy walking distance! From Ski Time Square, free city buses are available to get you to & from the grocery stores, downtown, or pretty much anywhere else in town.

Please note, parking for this development is limited to one reserved space per condo. Parking is not an issue very often. While this rule may or may not be enforced, we want you to be aware up front. If you will have a second vehicle for all or part of your stay, we may be able to accommodate you with a creative solution. Please also note that access to this condo requires some stairs. To enter the building, you go down about 7 steps. You'll enter on the 5th floor. Take the elevator down two floors, which is as far down as it goes. This condo is on the 2nd floor, so you go down the 3rd floor hallway, and then down one flight of stairs to the condo. While this may require a bit of effort when you arrive and depart, the 2nd floor is that much closer to the ski access and the sidewalk to Ski Time Square and the rest of the base area.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home.
